## Play

- Browser: open `/` — guess letters to rescue the word before six misses.
- JSON API (same engine): POST /api/games/hangman {seed?} -> gameId;
  POST /api/games/hangman/:id/guess {letter:"a"-"z"}; GET /api/games/hangman/:id.
- Six misses ends the game; duplicates are rejected. The word is revealed at the end.

All games accept an optional `seed` (uint32) on create for deterministic practice replays.

Solo tables are practice play. Live-Vibes head-to-head activates per game only after the portfolio settlement gates pass.
